Sheryl Crow and Lance Armstrong
Sheryl and Lance were partners. He survived his cancer and won the Tour de France seven times. They split [as friends] and a week later breast cancer was diagnosed. She survived too and she adopted a 3 week old boy. Amazing story, amazing people.
