This seems to be the original uncut 107 min. version of "A Cruel Picture" (Sweden 1974). The film is from the "rape and revenge" department. It has received some cult followers and was one of the inspirations behind Tarantino's Kill Bill films. It is probably also the first film that was completely banned by the Swedish movie police.

After being sexually molested as a small child, Frigga becomes mute. The scenes are moving fast forward about 15 years. After missing a bus to go to her therapy she accepts a ride from a shady character. Before long she is reduced to a heroin addict with one eye (courtesy of her pimp when she claws the face of her first customer). After a montage of her getting trained in guns, karate and driving as well as some hardcore porn shots, she gets her ultimate revenge.

This 1974 movie is pretty special because it has "in retro" some remarkable cinematographic treats; the POV shots, some Dogma, the slo-mo scenes from The Matrix, the long coats from Once Upon A Time In The West. I even recognized some Takashi Miike etc. When you take a second and careful look, I'm sure you can find many more movie quotes - recommended.
