Tintin is a cartoon character from Belgian artist Hervé [1907-1983]. He is a young newspaper reporter that is digging into all kinds of adventurous stories with his dog Snowy and his grumpy friend Captain Haddock. There were comic-books, TV-series and even some movies. The comix are among the best ones in this part of the world and collectors pay a handsome price for the rare stuff.
This looks like the second part of the movie 'Tintin on the Moon'. It was made after one of his most famous comix. It is English spoken and you should recognize the Ian Dury accent of the twin detectives.
