Jip and Janneke by Fiep Westendorp

Annie M. G. Schmidt [pronounced fully as Annie Em Gee Schmidt, 1911-1995] was a Dutch writer and she is legendary for her children's literature. Fiep Westendorp [1901] was the girl who made the famous illustrations for her books. I posted Annie's all time famous Dikkertje Dap song before. Here is just another story from the Jip and Janneke series (in Dutch).
