Raymond van het Groenewoud [1949] is one of the best Flemish-Belgian singers/performers. He must have listened a lot to Jaques Brel [1929-1978]; also a super Belgian singer, but Jaques was French/Dutch bi-lingual. They both made some raunchy songs, but also some great ballads about Belgium.
