Sandals

For some strange reason I just remembered some Sand-and-Sandal [Spear-and-Sandal] movie scenes that I saw in my local cinema when I was about 12 or 14 yo. This B-movie genre is from the 1950's and 1960's and they were about Schwarzenegger type of slaves (also black actors) in the Spartan, Greek and Roman era that had to fight each other until death - just for the pleasure of the sadistic ruler. These movies were loaded with implicit gay connotations.
Spartacus [1960] with Kirk Douglas [1916] is a good example of a more main-stream movie of this type.

I still didn't found any movie of this type. If you can help us out, we will kiss your feet ... ;)
