Sabrina Starke is born in Paramaribo (Surinam) and now a Dutch soul and R&B singer & songwriter from Rotterdam. She is a fast rising star. She produced her first album 'Yellow Brick Road' with some friends but the marketing is recently taken over by the famous Blue Note label for the international exposure.

She doesn't like to be compared with Amy Winehouse (who does). The sounds from 'Do For Love' give you the reason for the AW comparison. This performance was her break-through here in the Netherlands.
