Strad

In this blog, a Strad is as much a legend as a Fender Stratocaster. You can search my blog for 'Fender' or 'Zappa' to read the Jimi Hendrix stratocaster story.

Girls, girls, gils. Musical girls. No Rihanna, Madonna, Gaga or Beyoncé. My girls are of the classical type. No misunderstanding; every poppy girl went through thousands of hours of practice ands devotion. Respect for every body.

Why does a Stradimarius or a Giardini violin sound so great? They tried to replicate it many times. Nobody ever succeeded. It was not the lacker. The story goes, that around the 1700's there was a mini ice-age. Trees grew slower then. Especially on the north side of the Italian Alps. That's where the wood came from. I like this lovely 'broodje aap' story.

I'm not sure if it was French philosopher Pierre Bourdieu who stated that reality is all imagination and imagination is all reality. A deep thought, but not very practical.

How do you get this bunch of sexy women into one blog? Well, years and years of practicing. I blogged them all before. Enjoy these lucious lady's.

You must have noticed by now my classic kink. Here's a Beethoven clip from Valentina Lisitsa Beethovens's Moonlight Serenade.

Bad Taste

Bad Taste poster for a Dutch Festival Great Fun

I got a part-2 DVD some years ago. So, there must be a part-1 (clever thinking). De Nacht van de Wansmaak (The Night of Bad Taste) was a travelling cinema production from two Belgian guys that collected trailers and scenes of worst-ever B-movies. I was belly-up with laughter the first time (DVD-2) and now again from this one (DVD-1).

All footage is English spoken but the introductions are in Dutch. There you can hear the meticulous research and fact-finding that these Flemish guys have done.

A special treat is that these Belgians (Belgians in general) speak better and wittier Dutch language than the Dutch themselves.
For me (as a native Dutch) it is almost half the fun.

The tube-trailer from Inframan; a 1975 sci-fi / kung-fu mixed movie from the famous Hong Kong Shaw Brothers production company;

words from imdb:
In an unusual format, entitled 'The Night of Bad Taste', Flemish movie director Jan Verheyen did, several years in a row, present some eccentric movie-stuff with a long succession of material from pictures that never made it into mainstream, being too gore, obscene, clumsy, sleazy, grotesque etc. to make the production work in its genre - but somehow funny or fascinating in their own right as accidental persiflage, some almost bloopers which (by miracle) survived the final cut.

The full DVD-1 rip can be found here.

I have seen Flesh Gordon (1974) in my adolescent years (when do they ever end). It is one of the movies covered on the DVD. This is definitely a lot more than a 'poster & trailer' movie.

The full movie can be found here. Notice the other entries on this blog - definitely a favorite of mine.

Collins

Sex sells. But what can I put here on my top-quality classy blog. Doutzen Kroes, Traci Lords, Pole and Belly Dancing, I have done that all before. And I’m not into plain porn on this blog. After a few minutes thinking, I came up with a really great movie.

CC is an iconic legend for the conny-sewers. The rumor goes that she makes these rough-sex movies just for her own pleasure – and we like to believe that. She is horny and noisy in the whole film through. CC submits herself to another big black bloke.

The special treat in this movie is that it shows a lot of her body and her face instead of the usual close-ups (that are also there).

They really enjoy each other in a kinky way – very special porn indeed. The full move comes in about 7x100MB. parts;

Dance

I smell a connection between Turkish belly-dance and Spanish Flamenco. No it’s not that far apart. Take a look at this 2009 dance of Didem . I am a fan of hot music dance. Didem is a top belly-dancer from Turkey and a good reason why Turkey should join the EU.

I blogged this theme before; like jazz, belly-dancing has many roots and styles around the Mediterranean Sea [club med] that are not easily understood by our northerners. I think it’s just plain sexy.

Flamenco is a sing & dance style (many styles) from the South of Spain with definitely Moorish influences. I was not surprised there was a connection with belly-dancing. Spanish Flamenco also brought us many famous guitar players. Take a look at this impressive guitar clip with Paco Lucia .

Santa

(Sorry, Dutch again). Some thoughts crossed my mind, about Dutch language and Saint Nicolas. It gives me really some kicks when people master their native speak in an artful and funny way. It’s not about high literature (but we Dutch have some); this is about some blogging frantics. It’s all in Dutch and the readability is 5/5.

- Fruit Cake is just a Fruity Cake, a Dutch language wizard
- Verbal Jam comments on recent Dutch developments – great too
- Geen Stijl (No Style) is making a fool of every public figure

We are now here preparing for Saint Nicolas day on the 5th of December. It has many relations with the Christmas Santa Claus story. This is probably the ‘mother-poem’ from 1844 (by Clement Clarke Moore) with a lot of Dutch and German words in it;

Twas the night before Christmas, when all thro' the house,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,

While visions of sugar plums danc'd in their heads,
And Mama in her 'kerchief, and I in my cap,
Had just settled our brains for a long winter's nap
When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.

Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters, and threw up the sash.
The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow,
Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below;
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,

But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny rein-deer,
With a little old driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and call'd them by name:

"Now! Dasher, now! Dancer, now! Prancer, and Vixen,
"On! Comet, on! Cupid, on! Dunder and Blixem;
"To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
"Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!"

As dry leaves before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky;
So up to the house-top the coursers they flew,

With the sleigh full of Toys -- and St. Nicholas too:
And then in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.

As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Down the chimney St. Nicholas came with a bound:
He was dress'd all in fur, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnish'd with ashes and soot;
A bundle of toys was flung on his back,

And he look'd like a peddler just opening his pack:
His eyes - how they twinkled! his dimples how merry,
His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry;
His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow.

And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow;
The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath.

He had a broad face, and a little round belly
That shook when he laugh'd, like a bowl full of jelly:
He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And I laugh'd when I saw him in spite of myself;

A wink of his eye and a twist of his head
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread.

He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
And fill'd all the stockings; then turn'd with a jerk,

And laying his finger aside of his nose
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose.

He sprung to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew, like the down of a thistle:

But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight
Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night.

The 5th of December is basically a children’s party with lots of gifts and candy. But Jiskefet made this eternal hilarious and gory sketch (for adults only). Dutch language can be very stimulating (“Tja, daar wordt Sinterklaas niet erg vrolijk van, Edgar”).

Hans Teeuwen is playing Santa here. He is a very confronting and great Dutch Comedian – confronting himself with some Dutch Muslima’s here – great guy.

Tex

From Dusk Till Dawn - So Great Movie - directot is Robert (Hostel) Rodriguez, Quentin Tarantino, Harvey Keitel, George Clooney and sexy Michelle Lewis - is slightly related to this TexMex video. This fDtD movie is a must-see for Tarantino fans. The George Cloony quote is so great "I have six little friends here; they all run faster than you"

I saw this docu-movie without touching the FF button. It made me feel silly in my belly - and that is a recommendation. The (1976) movie is about Tex-Mex people of several generations, their history, music and their border issues. It grabs you by the balls from the begining and it doesn't let loose. Who can make a connection between German-Polka and Tex-Mex music?

The movie comes in about 7x100MB. parts;

Lebanon

Hips Of Fury

Yes, belly dancing addict too. Setrak Sarkissian is the Lebanese band, Samare is the dancer. The album is volume-10, so there must be another nine of these around.

- Setrack and Samara clip from the Tube
- The first track - Nawal, Setrak At The Harem
- All tracks are great - Wedding Tableau
- the full album - Setrak At The Harem, 55MB.

Oh, by the way, Shakira has Lebanese and Belly Dance roots (sigh).

Unplugged

Did I ever blogged her before? That must have been for her belly-dancing skills. Her MTV Unplugged perfcormance is one of her best.
You have to seperate her belly-dancing, the music, her sex and your testosterones.
Correction; you better mix them all up for the ultimate experience. She is why my music and sexy tags are interchangeable. You have to see to believe. Stupid, deaf and blind is an understatement.

Club Med VIII

tribal-fusion is a western style of belly dancing, this gal has some workshops for you

Here is a great 2CD mix of original 'Best Belly Dances in the World'. That means - from all the countries around the medditerranian sea (still not sure about the countries & styles).

There is a USA chapter about belly dancing, but that has to do with some post-feminist, tree-hugging, work-shop, look-at-my-fat-body, I-am-so-great-because-Oprah-Winfrey-told-me-so stuff.

I will maybe post some of these later NOT. Here is a nice tube with Shakira & Beyonce with some belly dance sounds.

Here are the belly originals;
- A sample song from CD1
- CD1 is about 70MB. with 7 tracks (with some pics)

- A sample song from CD2
- CD2 is about 95MB. with 11 tracks (without pics)

- Sandra = Super (LBC clip from the tube)
- Estelle = In my Haram (LBC clip from the tube)
- Hizzi = Hotty (LBC clip from the tube)
- Maroccan Hottties (clip from the tube)

Enjoy.

Club Med VII

Sophia, Constantinople; mixture of Byzantine and Orthodox Christianity

At last we arrived in bellydance country. Now I need your guidance. This style of music goes all over the south-eastern mediterranian; Turkey, Anatolia, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt and many other countries around the Mediterranean. There are definite regional and historical styles that we (from Amsterdam) can not keep apart. If you want to comment, please feel free.

- World Championship Bellydancing, 2008, Lebanon-TV (tube)
- Fadwa is from Morocco - but she was too sexy ... ;)
- Hot song from a 'Best-Of' belly album - it made my girl move

Club Med V

Before we are crossing the Aegean See, we strole around in Greece. This is Herodote territory. He had a great story about the 20 year adventures of King Sailor Odysseus of Ithaca.
Odysseus had himself bound to the mast of his ship by his crew while passing The-Island-Of-The-Sirens to avoid the temptations of their sexy sounds.
When he got home after 20 years, he killed all the lovers of his wife Penelope with a bow & arrow, so heavy, only he could handle it properly [just wondering what he did with his wife].
Wow - so great stories.

Here is a Great Greek Folk album; Domna Samiou - Kaneloriza. The nice thing is that the .rar expands into Greek language tokens which is totally incomprehandeable for non-Greek people. Here is just a sexy sounding song to get you some idea.

[Greece = no belly-dance, but we are very close now]

Club Med

This is a new project. I will post a Mediterranean music tour. I had already had some stuff on my HD and now I found some more. It is generally called 'world-music' and this strange music sometimes just grabs you right by the balls / tits. I try to restrict myself to the surroundings of the Mediterranean Sea to keep it a manageable project; and it includes some of my belly dance favorites ... ;-)

You have to Wiki, Google and find additional information for yourself, because it's all pretty exotic stuff (they are world famous in their village). Here are just a few songs to let you know what to expect;

[1] This is the 20MB./8:00min. live Gajda song from the Macedonian Kocani Orkestar. The hottest parts are in the end.
[2] This is the polyphonic song Fiaccule_Di_Speranza from the I Muvrini band from the isle of Corsica. I blogged them before but most links are dead.
[3] Belo Platno is from South Serbia and makes some great folk music. Here is their Gugu Tino song.

Dance

'Tribal' is a special stile of belly dancing

Who said muslims aren't sexy? I must have blogged this theme a few times before because it's sensual, sexy, arousing, inviting, hot and the lot and it gives you some fresh thouhgts about islam and muslims. There is even a world championship in belly dancing.

Dubai

Shakira is from 1977

I must have blogged her about seven times before, because she's hot and she is into several cultures [I like that]. Shakira performed several times in Dubai before. Her next show there will be in Arabic language. Another blog of this crazy gal. I mean - she makes the boys crazy. She is from Columbia with a Lebanese father and she has a master degree in belly dancing.

She did NY 2008-2009 concert in Dubai; a fan made this great clip.

Her next album is expected around april 2009. This is one of her hottest clips from the tube. And in MTV unplugged she is making no secret of her roots. Thank you Nephew for the album. And here is a Ojos Asi clip.

Pink

I probably blogged this topic before because it's rare and fascinating footage. A young girl in a pink dress commits ritual Japanese suicide. It is a ritual ceremony with many rules, very much like the better known Japanese tea ceremony. For men it is called Harakiri, for women it is Sepukku (I think).

The technique is to slice your belly open about one inch below your belly button. Use the special very sharp Japanese knife, cut two inches deep and slice from left to right. Then let all of your guts hang out, relax, lay down and die slowly. You need some training to master this ritual ... ;)

The movie looks very realistic. They are from a Japanese production that is hardly known outside Japan. That is why I first give you a TMO [The Making Of] clip in [1] and [2] 75MB. .avi parts [after downloading and joining; add the .avi extention].

The girl in the pink dress gets a 9 out of 10 for nudity, looks, technique, sounds, timing, guts, blood and gore. The whole ritual takes about 40+ minutes and comes in about 4x85MB. .avi parts [after downloading and joining; add the .avi extention].

Tex

Rocky, Tex Tucker and Pedro

In the late 1950's I was on my belly under the table looking at this hypnotizing series [silly me]. You just have to see to believe. In the first episode Tex Tucker gets his magical self-shooting pistols from a Big Chief as a thank-you for taking care of a little indian boy. Tex is the good-guy, Pedro and Fernando are the the bad-guys [just in case you missed].

Among all puppet series, this was one of the first and one of the best; with the stupid-simple-clear-cut characters, the music, the suspense, the action and all. Notice the crazy English accent of 'Rocky' - Tex's horse. Very clever made. The credits at the end are a little joy on their own.

The first few episodes from the tube;
Four Feather Falls: Episode 1 - How It Began - Part 1
Four Feather Falls: Episode 1 - How It Began - Part 2
Four Feather Falls: Episode 2 - Trouble at Yellow Gulch - Part 1
Four Feather Falls: Episode 2 - Trouble at Yellow Gulch - Part 2

Al Hambra

Patio Arrayanes, The Alhambra Courtyard

Did I ever told you I was in The Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain, many years ago. It was built by North African people. The buildings and gardens are so great. And yes, it reminds me of this special mix of flamenco, bullfights and harems full of belly dancing beauties.

- Manitas de Plata is a great Spanish guitar player. This sounds like a tribute to Santa Maria.
- Lebanese, Arab, North African, not sure but a great cover from Alabína
- A song from "Best Belly Dances" HOT
- Ron & Orchestra is doing a Belly Dance - also great

Geert

Hannah, Arabic nightclub at Darbucka, photo by Nicholas Simms [thanks Nick]

This blog is not about politics, there are zillions of those. I just couldn't resist to share some Islam culture with you [yes, belly dancing again]. This blog is for Geert Wilders. He is an Islamophobic, now in the Dutch Parliament with a not-so-democratic-party. I don't like this guy.

Now let's quickly switch to the tube for the 2008 Wold Championships
[who said muslims were not sexy];
- Double dance
- Leila is great
- Zurna is Turkish
- And The Winner Is ...

Kira

Yes, I know, this is a repost; Shakira from the Playboy

We [shit] have to wait untill next year for her next album. She was very brief in the end of the Cyndi Lauper clip.

I don't know what drove me to this blog, but our Dutch princess is from Argentina and I just like Latina's.

Shakira is my chick. She is from Colombia, she has Lebanese roots and a Masters Degree in belly-dancing. She is a great woman and performer and a philanthropist. Say no more - say no more.

After her 2005 Oral Fixation [part.1] and [part.2] there was a 2007 "Best Of" album called Pure Intuition.

Here Shakira is showing her belly-skills in a Dubai show.

Time Out

I shouldn't be blogging that much new kink - because I have to deal with some previous unfinished blogs. I got some feedback that made me update some other of my blogs - and that takes some time.
[reminds me of some Un-Finnish-Ed kink ... LOL]
[1] I completely restarted the Berlin Alexanderplatz blog. This is an impressive series that needs special attention [takes a few days]
[2] I found some more "best-of" clips from Traci Lords. There are some new tributes to my PC nephew
[3] I updated the Don Giovanni opera blog because Hartmut got me some great new music links
[4] Ooh, shit - what's this sexy girl doing in my blog; must be my Belly-Dance genome-bias

The Shangri-Las

Oh yeah! Girly Groups from the 1960's and 1970's. There's another fan around there that made a whole website about it. You can check all the groups's bio's - great site.

Some time ago I found a 2-CD Best-Of "One Kiss Can Lead To Another". It knocked me down for a week or so (for the romantic songs). You sure must know The Shangri-Las', The Leader Of The Pack.
